★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivate in questo parcheggio all'orario stabilito, fin qui tutto bene , quando abbiamp fatto per pagare i 20€ richiesti con una banconota da 50, il signore alla reception era scocciato perché alla.mattina presto non aveva i soldi per il resto, consegnamo le carte del chek in stampate per far vedere che partivamo dal terminal.2 , ma aimè ci ha portate al terminal.1 , ma quando ce ne siamo accorte ormai dovevamo correre per prendere il bus ,rischiando di perdere l'aereo, abbiamo dovuto pagare 20€ in più per saltare la coda.
Al rientro niente scontrino, ne fattura, solo una macchina sporchissima , il prezzo sicuramente é buono, ma non tornerei comunque.
 We arrived at this parking lot at the appointed time, so far so good, when we made to pay the € 20 requested with a 50 bill, the gentleman at the reception was annoyed because early in the morning he did not have the money for the rest, we deliver the check in cards printed to show that we were leaving from terminal 2, but alas he took us to terminal 1, but when we realized it we had to run to catch the bus, risking losing the plane, we had to pay € 20 more to skip the line.
Upon returning, no receipt, no invoice, just a very dirty car, the price is certainly good, but I would not return anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prix attractif en théorie. Un SMS reçu à l'heure convenue pour annoncer que nous sommes en retard et que notre annulation est réservée. ☹️ Gros stress avant notre vol 2h30 plus tard. Après discussion il est possible de refaire une réservation mais là ce n'est plus le même prix. Bref je les trouve malhonnête et ne les conseille pas.
Petite précision suite à la réponse. Nous avons retenus le parking pour 2h30 avant notre vol. Nous sommes arrivés au parking 5 minutes après l'heure convenue. Je n'appelle pas ça un gros retard. Le but est clairement de grappiller quelques euros supplémentaires. Tout ça en rajoutant une dose de stress inutile.
Attractive price in theory. An SMS received at the agreed time to announce that we are late and that our cancellation is reserved. ☹️ Big stress before our flight 2h30 later. After discussion it is possible to redo a reservation but this is no longer the same price. In short, I find them dishonest and do not recommend them.
Small clarification following the answer. We held the parking lot for 2h30 before our flight. We arrived at the parking lot 5 minutes after the agreed time. I don't call it a big delay. The goal is clearly to grab a few extra euros. All this while adding a dose of unnecessary stress.

excellent parking: comfortable, with prompt and attentive service. Excellent service / cost ratio. The only negative note: open only until 6pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner/manager was very obliging and helpful, the car was running when we returned so the windscreen was de-iced which was useful, hence 4/5. The only disappointment was that the driver of our shuttle when we returned at 17.20 on 2/12/21 was wearing his mask over his mouth & nose; he also allowed a fellow passenger to sit next to him and she was wearing hers also not covering mouth or chin. Maybe the pandemic is over in Italy?
