La consegna è veloce, nel pacco trovo spesso gadget o snack omaggio. Ho effettuato due ordini a distanza di qualche giorno e mi hanno contattato per elaborarne solamente uno, rimborsandomi le spese di spedizione dato che non avevo superato la soglia con entrambi. Quindi, personale attento e gentile.
Positive experience with online purchases on this well-stocked site. The products are of quality and not easily available in common pet shops. Delivery is fast, I often find free gadgets or snacks in the package. I placed two orders a few days apart and they contacted me to process only one, reimbursing me the shipping costs since I hadn't crossed the threshold with both. Hence, attentive and kind staff.

Una sola volta c'è stato un piccolo problema per via del periodo di feste e sono stato contattato tempestivamente dall'azienda per comunicarmelo. Risolto tutto con semplicità e piena disponibilità. My dog loves it! Deliveries fully respect the estimated times, sometimes they are even faster. Once there was a small problem due to the holiday period and I was promptly contacted by the company to let me know. Solved everything with simplicity and full availability. Plus (can I say it?)
