★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK che è il terminal dei low cost, ma sarebbe gradita una maggiore pulizia generale (bagni compresi), svecchiata alla struttura e aggiunta di qualche servizio (o in alternativa abbassare e di molto i prezzi di bar e parcheggi)
OK that it is the low cost terminal, but it would be better to have more general cleaning (bathrooms included), upgraded to the structure and addition of some services (or alternatively lower and much lower bar and parking prices)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato 8 giorni di parcheggio al coperto ma per motivi non inerenti alla mia volontà (guasto meccanico all'auto, portato a Malpensa dal figlio) non ho potuto accedere al servizio. In attesa dell'imbarco ho telefonato spiegando i miei problemi e chiedendo se era possibile ottenere il rimborso di quanto pagato in anticipo e non usufruibile. Una gentilissima signora Annalisa/commerciale mi ha confermato che sarei stato rimborsato scrivendo una mail all'amministrazione. In giornata ricevo la risposta da Chiara/amministrazione che mi è stato effettuato l'accredito.
Alla prossima occasione di imbarco da Malpensa prenoterò sicuramente al Parcheggio Lowcost .

I booked 8 days of covered parking but for reasons not inherent to my will (mechanical breakdown of the car brought to Malpensa by my son) I was unable to access the service. While waiting for boarding, I phoned explaining my problems and asking if it was possible to get a refund of the amount paid in advance and not usable. A very kind Annalisa / saleswoman confirmed that I would be reimbursed by writing an email to the administration. During the day I receive the answer from Chiara / administration that I was credited.
At the next boarding opportunity from Malpensa I will definitely book at the Lowcost Parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcheggio custodito. Ti accompagnano direttamente all'entrata dell'aeroporto e al ritorno ti riportano al parcheggio. Comodo economico. personale davvero gentile e simpatico che al ritorno da un meraviglioso viaggio una buona risata nn guasta di certo!
Secure parking. They accompany you directly to the airport entrance and return you to the parking lot. Convenient economic. really nice and nice staff who, upon returning from a wonderful journey, a good laugh certainly doesn't hurt!

Very poor services, very dirty bathrooms not to be commented on, very dirty smoking area and air filters all clogged.
