Massima gentilezza e efficienza del personale addetto all'accettazione, ampia sala di attesa, con annessi bagni e distributori di ristorazione. Ottima esperienza after sales, ma ho visto anche postazioni vendita e noleggio che però non ho contattato.
It is rare to find such well-structured service companies. Maximum kindness and efficiency of the reception staff, large waiting room, with attached bathrooms and catering distributors. Excellent after sales experience, but I have also seen sales and rental positions which I have not contacted.

Bad! I have been waiting for two months for the repair of a broken bolt in the trunk (upon delivery of the car) under warranty. Without any words, they have now stopped answering me as well.

tralasciando i tempi di attesa, le innumerevoli chiamate, gli innumerevoli sopralluoghi per sollecitare e dopo 3 interventi, non sono stati capaci di risolvere una rumorosità metallica proveniente dalla ruota posteriore destra della mia auto in garanzia.
Questa si definisce un'officina autorizzata e plurimarca.
Incompetenti è l'unico termine per descriverli.
( il problema è stato risolto, dopo 10 mesi dall'acquisto dell'auto dal mio meccanico di fiducia in 45 minuti.)
Vi consiglio di cambiare professione, probabilmente non è la vostra strada questa.
To say the least painful.
leaving out the waiting times, the countless calls, the countless inspections to solicit and after 3 interventions, they were unable to resolve a metallic noise coming from the right rear wheel of my car under warranty.
This is defined as an authorized and multi-brand workshop.
Incompetent is the only term to describe them.
(the problem was solved, after 10 months of buying the car from my trusted mechanic in 45 minutes.)
I advise you to change your profession, this is probably not your way.
