Hanno mandato il corriere a ritirare il pezzo il giorno dopo. Il giorno successivo il piantone era stato sistemato e rispedito indietro. Tre giorni dopo averli contattati avevo già rimontato e risolto il mio problema! La comunicazione è stata ottima: hanno dapprima descritto il servizio in modo preciso e successivamente alla riparazione mi hanno spiegato il problema riscontrato al piantone. Tutto questo ad un prezzo davvero conveniente, pagato direttamente al corriere al ritorno del pezzo. Inoltre garanzia di 2 anni sul lavoro, sinonimo di alta qualità e competenze! Grazie! d	dario ferrero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, per via di uno sterzo difettoso, mi ha fatto pagare le spese di spedizione, e non risponde per restituirmi i soldi 19/08/21 Re: lo sterzo non è stato montato fuori angolazione, infatti funzionava in tal senso, il mio meccanico ha fatto un buon lavoro, ma quando giravo si sentivano dei cigolii, per lo più ogni tanto tendeva a bloccarsi, una volta sostituito non ha dato più nessun problema, ergo il mio meccanico ha lavorato bene. Le spese di spedizione che siano a carico mio lo avete deciso voi, (tra l'altro senza avvisarmi) poi, se un prodotto costa 100 euro, e le spese di spedizione sono 40 euro, lascio anche perdere, per non parlare del fatto che lo sterzo difettoso è il vostro, quindi sono a carico vostro, io ho già pagato il mio meccanico due volte. Al telefono avete risposto fin quando non vi ho chiesto spiegazione sui 40 euro di spedizione non rimborsati, dopodiché siete spartiti avete inziato a non rispondere più. Gia dall'entrata in officina mi ha accolto un giovane tiktoker molto cordiale ed educato, però, i miei problemi non sono stati risolti poichè la mia scatola di sterzo della mia Meriva si è bloccata dopo neanche un giorno. Ho provato a chiamare ma mi ha risposto un ragazzino che non sapeva di cosa stessi parlando attaccandomi il telefono in faccia svariate volte. In più mi hanno chiesto 300 euro per entrare non venite mai ve lo sconsiglio, pessima avventura in più, i figli del proprietario scorrazzavano per l'officina sbraitando contro le macchine che entravano e in più un ragazzo penso figlio del proprietario ha sgommato con la mia meriva, discriminandola dicendo che era da rottamare! Ditta seria e disponibilità ottima, volendo trovare il pelo nell'uovo i tempi di consegna si sono rivelati più lunghi di quanto mi aspettassi, ma dovuti al corriere che non consegnava e non alla ditta. Massima disponibilità e flessibilità anche nella tipologia di pagamento, accomodano il cliente nel migliore dei modi. Per qualsiasi tipo di ricambio in futuro, prima di cercare altrove, mi rivolgerò sicuramente a loro.
