Pietra tagliata malissimo con bordi seghettati e ci hanno pure fornito i pezzi con i fori dei candelotti di dinamite ( orribili da vedere) . siamo stati serviti dal sig Paolo G***o ( ho censurato il cognome così magari questa volta non tolgono il commento) che segue i cantieri e che si fa odiare con facilità disarmante. Ovviamente non fossi stato obbligato non avrei MAI acquistato da loro. in merito alla risposta della Ditta La presente ad informarvi che non ci interessa avere uno scontro pubblico con una persona che anziché porsi in maniera collaborativa di fronte ad una critica, risponde con arroganza. E	Enrico Monteleone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, ho avuto un’esperienza negativa, i materiali lapidei forniti (scelti dall’Impresa costruttrice) sono stati di scarsissima qualità, gli stessi erano sfogliate prima della posa. Il rappresentante di zona (Bruino- TO) si è dimostrato poco professionale, non riuscendo a risolvere i problemi rilevati, dando la risposta (......questo hanno richiesto ed io questo ho fornito....). Alla richiesta di farmi un preventivo per la sostituzione, a mie spese, di tutte le copertine esterne in pietra di Luserna, lo stesso si è rifiutato di farlo, giustificandosi che non voleva mettersi contro l’Impresa. Oggi parte dei materiali sono stati rimossi e sostituiti, affidandoci ad altri fornitori. A ragion del vero, ancora parte dei materiali rimossi sono in loco. Ancora dobbiamo sostituire qualche soglia e un davanzale, con dei costi esorbitanti, in quanto bisogna smontare gli infissi. Un fornitore professionale, difronte a talune richieste, (scarsa qualità dei materiali) nonché alle contestazioni ricevute al momento, si doveva imporre e rifiutarsi di effettuare la fornitura.
