Mi chiedono una serie di informazioni che do. Confermo L appuntamento al telefono e completo la prenotazione online. Mi arriva conferma che la prenotazione è stata accettata dalla struttura e mi genera il documento da consegnare a loro. Mi presento puntuale secondo le indicazioni. Una signora, piuttosto sgarbata, mi comunica che non ci sono prenotazioni neppure telefoniche. Le chiedo di verificare e si inventa una storia sul fatto che devono trascorrere un numero di ore per poter registrare la prenotazione. La sala d'attesa pulita e ordinata , anche i locali dove effettuano le visite . Ci sono molti dottori specialisti veramente validi, lavorano con strumenti all'avanguardia ! Oggi siamo andati per una vista oculistica dal dottor Rinaldi Claudio, dieci e lode per :professionalità , competenza, gentilezza e semplicità ! Con i pazienti giovanissimi è davvero in gamba ! Lindi si sono presentati il bagno e la saletta visita usata. Educati e gentili la o le segretarie, sia al momento di fissare l'appuntamento che, dopo, per le incombenze sul posto. Particolarmente ricordo Ilaria, brava, in quest'ultima occasione, e una sua collega al fianco che ha avuto il bel pensiero di salutare anche se non ero direttamente coinvolto con lei al momento del congedo. Avrei dato, volentieri, la 5ª stella al Centro, ma è necessario prevedere un sistema che migliori considerevolmente la protezione dei dati comunicati a voce in reception, in quanto attualmente facilmente udibili da chiunque resti seduto in sala d'attesa, praticamente combaciante con la predetta reception. Da Cuneo è facile arrivarci ed è comodissimo l’ampio parcheggio adiacente al Centro. L’accoglienza è impeccabile: le segretarie sono cordiali e gentili, sia all’arrivo che al momento di espletare le pratiche amministrative. La sala d'attesa è pulita e ordinata. Ho usufruito del centro per una visita nefrologica; sono stato visitato dal Dr. Giorgio Canepari del quale ho potuto apprezzare la competenza, la professionalità, la gentilezza, la meticolosità. Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto della visita effettuata e, in particolare, dell’attenzione e della cura con le quali è stato esaminato il mio caso.
