Competent and kind staff: they repaired my speakers under warranty quite quickly taking into account the piece to be ordered from the parent company.

Agostino Vitale è un ottimo tecnico, ha fatto rivivere il mio lettore DVD Denon 3910, portandolo agli antichi splendori, quando centri assistenza ufficiali europei lo davano per spacciato. Ottimo servizio, consigliatissimi. Credo proprio che a livello internazionale siano un riferimento per quanto riguarda audio e video. Complimenti,alla prossima!
Quality, availability, competence, excellent prices, what else to say? Agostino Vitale is an excellent technician, he revived my Denon 3910 DVD player, bringing it to its former glory, when official European service centers gave it up for dead. Great service, highly recommended. I really believe that internationally they are a reference in terms of audio and video. Congratulations, see you next time!

Mandata mail di lamentele. Addirittura ne ho inviate due ad Audiogamma. NESSUNA RISPOSTA.
Portato un amplificatore per una riparazione. Intonso, senza una graffio. Mi é stato riconsegnato con 3 evidenti graffi sul telaio.
La risposta é stato "impossibile siamo sempre attenti". Ora sto testando l'ampli per verificare il corretto funzionamento... ma i graffi non me li ripara nessuno. Grazie

Mail sending of complaints. I even sent two to Audiogamma. NO REPLY.
Brought an amplifier for a repair. Intonso, without a scratch. It was returned to me with 3 obvious scratches on the frame.
The answer was "impossible we are always careful". Now I am testing the amp to verify correct operation ... but nobody repairs the scratches. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eseguito riparazione carrello lettore cd su lettore Denon DCD-625 Dopo 2 anni si è verificato nuovamente lo stesso guasto. Riparazione mi era costata 90 euro. Non farò nuova riparazione visto pessimo risultato ottenuto.
Tengo a precisare che ho effettuato uno scarsissimo utilizzo del lettore avendolo in una seconda casa. Avrò ascoltato non più di 50 CD dopo la riparazione. Pertanto denota scarsa qualità della riparazione.
Repair of CD player trolley on Denon DCD-625 player. After 2 years the same fault has occurred again. Repair cost me 90 euros. I will not make a new repair due to the bad result obtained.
I would like to clarify that I have made very little use of the reader having it in a second home. I will have listened to no more than 50 CDs after the repair. Therefore it denotes poor quality of the repair.
