After picking up my OLED TV that had a defect on the screen, they replaced the panel under warranty. Reinstalled in the living room with utmost care by the technicians after a week. 5 stars (... and a planet).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a riparare una telecamera con ottica di alta qualità che usiamo per lavoro, nonostante non sia più in produzione MFA si è prodigata per recuperare i ricambi ( quasi introvabili ) riparando al meglio un oggetto tanto particolare da non poter essere reperito sul mercato attuale. Facilmente immaginabile l'apprezzamento per un comportamento da veri professionisti.

Prima di procedere alla riparazione predispongono un preventivo e richiedono il pagamento di una somma a forfait che viene trattenuta in caso di rinuncia alla riparazione a titolo di corrispettivo della attività lavorativa svolta. Le riparazioni normali vengono effettuate entro 7 giorni lavorativi. Consigliato.

La mia personale esperienza è del tutto positiva, una ripararazione su un televisore LCD effettuata con perizia e in tempi record.
Ma il vero valore aggiunto è rappresentato dall'affabilità dell'intero staff.
Vero è che cordialità e simpatia non sono richiesti, ma a mio avviso sono indice di professionalità.
Chi sa fare il proprio lavoro, lo fa serenamente e trasmette il proprio stato al cliente.
Rivolgetevi quindi alla MFA senza esitare, troverete un alto grado di professionalità e soprattutto delle PERSONE degne di fiducia.

My personal experience is completely positive, a repair on an LCD TV performed with skill and in record time.
But the real added value is the friendliness of the entire staff.
It is true that cordiality and sympathy are not required, but in my opinion they are a sign of professionalism.
Who knows how to do their job, does it serenely and transmits their status to the customer.
