Vista sul mare mozzafiato, stanze ben arredate, spaziose e pulitissime, bagno nuovo di zecca bello e funzionale, gestori gentilissimi e premurosi, colazione da hotel 5 stelle con dolci fatti in casa... cose dire? Tutto perfetto! The best B&B I have stayed in - and they are many! View the stunning blue sea, well-appointed rooms, spacious and spotless, bathroom brand new beautiful and functional, very kind and considerate managers, breakfast from 5-star hotel with home-made cakes ... things to say? All perfect!
M	Mari da on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupendo! Sono stata qui solo per una notte, purtroppo, rubando tra le nuvole e la pioggia del primo weekend di settembre due giornate di mare meraviglioso ! Il b&b è a dir poco eccezionale! Una villa tutta bianca fronte mare! Camere e bagni nuovissimi e moderni arredati con gusto, bianco e grigio che adoro! Pulizia impeccabile , aria condizionata e zanzariere! Una sala comune accogliente e ben attrezzata con libri, riviste e giochi di enigmistica e, se serve. . . ombrelli a disposizione per i clienti! Per non parlare dell'esterno! Con terrazze su vari livelli arredate con comodi divanetti e tavolini e. . . una vista mozzafiato sul mare , al di là della strada, e su un verde giardino! La colazione ? Wow! Già mi manca. .Tutto fatto in casa dalle abili mani della proprietaria: pasticciotti , sfogliatine croccanti con marmellata di fichi del giardino, torta alla banana e noci (spettacolo! ) biscotti al cioccolato e mandorle e pasticcini all'arancia, crostata di frutta, fichi appena raccolti , macedonia , succhi di frutta, yoghurt , frutta secca .. . devo aggiungere altro? Ah si! Tutto servito in terrazza e su ogni tavolo un simpatico cestino contenete posate , tazze , tovagliette e thermos di latte e acqua calda per il te! . . . E poi c'è Flavia ! La "fatina della casa" :) con un sorriso e una dolcezza che conquistano a prima vista, splendida ! Sempre a disposizione ed attenta ad ogni dettaglio ! ❤ Che dite? Da ritornarci? ! ! 10 e lode ! Stupendous! I was here only for one night, unfortunately, stealing from the clouds and rain on the first weekend of September two days of wonderful sea! The b & b is nothing short of exceptional! An all white seafront villa! Brand new and modern rooms and bathrooms decorated with taste, white and gray which I love! Impeccable cleanliness, air conditioning and mosquito nets! A cozy and well-equipped common room with books, magazines and puzzle games and, if needed. . . umbrellas available for customers! Not to mention the outside! With terraces on various levels furnished with comfortable sofas and tables and. . . a breathtaking view of the sea, across the street, and a green garden! The breakfast ? Wow! I miss him already. All homemade by the owner's skilled hands: pasticciotti, crispy puff pastries with fig jam from the garden, banana and walnut cake (show!) Chocolate and almond biscuits and orange pastries, fruit tart, freshly picked figs, fruit salad, fruit juices, yoghurt, dried fruit ... do i have to add more? Oh yes! All served on the terrace and on each table a nice basket containing cutlery, cups, placemats and thermos of milk and hot water for tea! . . . And then there is Flavia! The "fairy of the house" :) with a smile and a sweetness that conquer at first sight, splendid! Always available and attentive to every detail! ❤ What do you think? To go back? ! ! 10 and praise !

A questo punto qualcuno potrebbe pensare che questa struttura abbia un anima ed un cuore. Chiaro, non può essere così. Sotto tutte queste sensazioni ed emozioni ci sono delle Persone, in primis Flavia e anche Roberto che sanno rendere il tuo soggiorno indimenticabile mettendo il cuore e la passione in ogni cosa che fanno; questo è quello che realmente fa la differenza. Grazie di cuore ad entrambi perche se ho scoperto una piccola parte di Puglia poco conosciuta e sono stata benissimo, è anche merito vostro! Manuela Villa Satyria is a magical and enchanted B&B, cared for to the smallest detail, welcoming and "warm". At this point someone might think that this structure has a soul and a heart. Of course, it can't be that way. Underneath all these sensations and emotions there are People, above all Flavia and also Roberto who know how to make your stay unforgettable by putting their heart and passion in everything they do; this is what really makes the difference. Location situata in un punto strategico da cui si puo raggiungere facilmente sia Taranto che i paesi limitrofi. La colazione è eccezionale, preparata con cura quotidianamente. Accoglienza incredibile, qui è come stare a casa! The structure is modern and very clean, it is a pleasure to have breakfast in front of the sea. Location located in a strategic point from which you can easily reach both Taranto and the neighboring countries. The breakfast is exceptional, carefully prepared daily. Incredible welcome, this is like staying at home!

Colazione servita in terrazza con vista mare dolci preparati dalla proprietaria la Signora Flavia donna gentile e premurosa accompagna da Roberto suo marito persona disponibile e cortese.. Posto da consigliare vivamente. Simply wonderful location cleaning services all of the highest level. Bed and breakfast with the services of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast served on the terrace with sea view cakes prepared by the owner Mrs Flavia kind and caring woman accompanies Roberto her husband available and courteous person .. Place to recommend highly.

Flavia e suo marito gestiscono qs beb con amore, le camere pulitissime, servizi e comfort da 4 stelle...davvero consigliatissimo!! Grazie di tutto ❤️ Fantastic Stay! The B&B is truly a sight! It directly overlooks the beautiful sea of Leporano and has a terrace / solarium with a magnificent view. Flavia and her husband manage qs beb with love, spotless rooms, 4-star services and comforts ... highly recommended !! Thanks for everything ❤️

Very clean, excellent home made sweet breakfast, a handsome family of young hosts always willing to help. Rocky seashore and only one fancy, reservation mandatory restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Overall, good value for the money.

We had even glutenfree and lactose free products for our disposal. Flavia and her husband made everything to feel us welcome! Highly recommendable ???
