Casetta al mare, giardino verde, a pochi passi dalle splendide spiagge, tutto il necessario per la vacanza, riservatezza e servizi essenzialmente comodi come parcheggio interno, servizio semi alberghiero, pulizia, tutto a conduzione famigliare. La struttura e storica, mi ricorda un po' gli agriturismo toscani solo che è a due passi dallo splendido mare salentino. vengo spesso da queste parti e ho girato diverse strutture ricettive certamente più nuove, alcune più grandi altre più piccole, ma meno accoglienti di questa, qui ho trovato veramente la vacanza relax e natura. Grazie anche allo staff, simpaticissimo si vede che hanno diversi anni d'esperienza. ah dimenticavo! consiglio il servizio semi alberghiero che unisce la comodità della casetta ad alcune caratteristiche da b&b essenziali per una vacanza senza pensieri. a nice experience I recommend it to families and beyond. Thanks also to the very nice staff we see that they have several years of experience. ah I forgot! I recommend the semi-hotel service that combines the comfort of the cottage with some essential b & b features for a carefree holiday.

Proprietario a dir poco scorretto e poco educato che mi ha mandata a quel paese più volte e anche attaccato il telefono in faccia per poi cancellare la prenotazione dando la colpa al covid, inventando decreti regione Puglia inesistenti e non mi dilungo oltre (forse perché venivamo da Milano?) . Ciò premesso, avevo prenotato un anno prima dando un acconto di 400 euro. Morale della favola: mi ha dovuta rimborsare booking che ringrazio! Ho messo una stella solo per poter scrivere la recensione ma mi sembra più che ovvio che non ne vale mezza. Se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino.. Non lontano dalle splendide spiagge, raggiungibili in auto come a piedi, ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie all’ospitalità dei gestori Francesco, Tiziana e Marisa, molto simpatici e disponibili. Tramite WhatsApp invio copia della contabile la prenotazione viene registrata. Dopo alcuni giorni sul mio conto carta vedo di nuovo l'addebito dell'intero importo, chiamo il servizio clienti American Express viene aperta una contestazione poiche' fornisco la prova di aver già pagato diversamente. Il proprietario risentito mi chiama e invece di scusarsi mi ammonisce perchè ho fatto una segnalazione bancaria. Il giorno della partenza tramite WhatsApp mi viene inviato un messaggio con l'elenco di una serie di servizi a pagamento (tra cui l'utilizzo dell'aria condizionata) seconda ammonizione non ho versato per tempo la cauzione di € 250,00 rispondo di attendere che io arrivi sul posto e chiedo informazioni circa l'orario di arrivo da me indicato e per il servizio spiaggia ricevo risposte scortesi e prive di ogni delicatezza (allego lo screenshot) . Arrivo sul posto e una serie di polemiche da parte del proprietario morale della favola: scortese, invadente, polemico, altezzoso, poco professionale, ecc. Acqua scarsa, luce scarsa, struttura fatiscente, non ha convenzioni con nessun lido balneare e non vi è nessuna possibilità di ristorazione. Dimenticavo mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia...per non parlare della prima colazione...non ho piu parole!!!! Si è presentato senza mascherina obbbligatoria per diversi minuti, voleva fare check in prima di farci visionare la camera. Dopo aver visto mia moglie la camera che non corrrispondeva per dimensioni e vista (20 mq ? E mare?) alle foto viste sul sito abbiamo espresso le nostre perplessità a quel punto il gestore non accettando le nostre rimostranze veritiere ha aggredito verbalmente mia moglie più volte(cafona) e invitandoci ad andarcene dalla struttura facile avendo già incassa in anticipo il la quota di 9 giorni di soggiorno. Interessante la formula semi alberghiera che unisce i vantaggi di una casetta al mare ai servizi alberghieri come pulizia ambienti, cambio lenzuola, servizio lavanderia, consigli ottimi dalla struttura per spiagge private e ristoranti migliori. Bella esperienza. L'ospiatalità molto famigliare e simpatica. Posizione anche strategica per raggiungere facilmente ed in giornata località alternative molto suggestive. Le camere e le abitazioni sono pulitissime, oltre le casette per vacanza o le stanze stile B&B (anch'esse fanno parte di un'abitazione) la famiglia Carrieri fornisce - su richiesta - servizi base abbinabili all'abitazione per me comodissimi come: cambi lenzuola, asciugamani, rassetti abitazioni, un comodissimo parcheggio presso la struttura, (importante perché in luogo molto turistico), clima autonomo ed indipendente. Insomma come avere una casetta o cameretta al mare con i servizi essenziali di accoglienza. I cornetti ed il caffè buonissimi. Ps: faccio un'appunto, prima di prenotare Il residence Carrieri leggevo anche qualche recensione non veritiera e non in linea un po' cattivelle con quello che è la verità di questa struttura. Già sospettavo essere recensioni viziate da persone maleducate ed furbette (specie quelle di agenzie che non sono partner della struttura come ad esempio ("trip Advisor"), ora - invece - posso affermare di persona in sintesi che la Struttura è semplicemente comoda, funzionale, pulita, e famigliare. C	Carolina Benerd Murò on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura adatta al RELAX. La POSIZIONE OTTIMA. Eccellente la PULIZIA e ORDINE. Tanto verde camere essenziali e molto comode. IDEALE come soggiorno vacanze al mere, in natura, e per locali culinari nei dintorni buoni e a buon prezzo. La struttura fornice ottimi orientamenti su dove mangiare bene e dove degustare in alcune Cantine del posto ottimo Vino e olio pugliese. Structure suitable for RELAX. THE GREAT LOCATION. Excellent CLEANING and ORDER. Lots of greenery, basic and very comfortable rooms. IDEAL as a holiday stay at the sea, in nature, and for culinary establishments in the surrounding good and at a good price. The structure provides excellent guidelines on where to eat well and where to taste excellent Apulian wine and oil in some local wineries.
