Peccato per la colazione che non è per nulla come quella mostrata nelle foto Modern and comfortable mini apartment. Strategic position to reach Lizzano or Marina di Pulsano. M	Mario Agresti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco cordiale.. camere poco insonorizzate.. pulizia non inclusa tutti i giorni nonostante il prezzo.. colazione molto scadente senza nessun tipo di succo o yogurt ( solo fette biscottate e brioche) Letto scomodo... alla fine del soggiorno non ci hanno nemmeno salutato o ringraziato.... Sconsigliato. Unfriendly staff .. poorly soundproofed rooms .. cleaning not included every day despite the price .. very poor breakfast without any type of juice or yogurt (only rusks and brioche) Uncomfortable bed ... at the end of the stay they didn't even say hello or thanked us .... Not recommended.

Situazione che merita di essere menzionata. Posizione davvero ottima. 5 stelle vere.Complimenti. La struttura è moderna e pulita, ma è molto isolata, si trova alla fine di una strada chiusa, in una zona che sembra abbandonata. Non è possibile raggiungere alcun luogo a piedi. La titolare è stata molto scortese e irrispettosa; ci siamo sentite telefonicamente il giorno precedente all'arrivo concordando come orario di check-in le 11. L'ho contattata la mattina dell'arrivo per confermare quell'orario, ma ha risposto che la stanza sarebbe stata pronta per le 12. Per messaggio ho cercato educatamente di chiederle di lasciare almeno il bagaglio, e a questa richiesta mi ha contattato telefonicamente dicendomi che la stanza sarebbe stata pronta un'ora e mezza dopo e parlando in modo molto maleducato mi ha dato della ragazzina dicendomi che "non stavo parlando con sua sorella". Inoltre, le ho richiesto più volte una ricevuta e il giorno dopo aver lasciato la stanza mi ha bloccato su whatsapp per non mandarmi la ricevuta. Esperienza molto negativa! I strongly advise against. I stayed at this property for one night. The structure is modern and clean, but it is very isolated, it is located at the end of a closed road, in an area that seems abandoned. It is not possible to reach any place on foot. The proprietor was very rude and disrespectful; we spoke by phone the day before arrival, agreeing the check-in time at 11am. I contacted her on the morning of arrival to confirm that time, but she replied that the room would be ready by 12pm. I politely tried to ask her to leave at least the baggage, and at this request she contacted me by phone telling me that the room would be ready an hour and a half later and speaking very rudely she gave me the little girl telling me that "I was not talking to her sister". Also, I asked her for a receipt several times and the day after I left the room she blocked me on whatsapp so as not to send me the receipt. Very bad experience!

Asciugamani in abbondanza di diverse misure, asciugacapelli, sapone e shampoo. Letto comodo con 3 cuscini. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile! Clean, recently renovated, quiet. Available kitchenette with induction and coffee maker. Abundant breakfast. Plenty of towels of different sizes, hair dryer, soap and shampoo. Comfortable bed with 3 pillows. Very kind and super helpful owner!
