★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 400 metri cubi di sasso per un totale di 1000 tonnellate di peso. È un sasso unico, nero, molto consigliata la visita. Inutile dire che fa parte della storia locale, geografica e geologica. Il sentiero è molto facile e adatto a tutti, consiglio comunque gli scarponi da montagna.
400 cubic meters of stone for a total of 1000 tons of weight. It is a single, black stone, the visit is highly recommended. Needless to say, it is part of local, geographical and geological history. The path is very easy and suitable for everyone, but I recommend mountain boots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un masso in serpentino di circa 1000 tonnellate, lasciato dal ghiacciaio in bilico sopra l'abitato di Valmadrera.
È stato riconosciuto dalla Regione Lombardia come Monumento Naturale di interesse.
È facilmente raggiungibile attraverso un ripido sentiero.
Subito dietro a questo, è visibile nel bosco un altro enorme masso erratico.
It is a serpentine rock of about 1000 tons, left by the glacier poised above the town of Valmadrera.
It has been recognized by the Lombardy Region as a Natural Monument of Interest.
It is easily accessible via a steep path.
Immediately behind this, another huge erratic boulder is visible in the forest.
