Mi hanno rovinato un cappotto di alta qualità (acquistato da solo un mese) e hanno avuto il coraggio di dire che era normale usura. Sto ancora aspettando il rimborso (ormai da 4 mesi).
Lo sconsiglio.
Absolutely do not bring your quality garments here, they will ruin them for you. Especially coats. Lack of professionalism also in managing the problems caused by themselves.
They ruined a high quality coat for me (bought for only a month) and dared to say it was normal wear. I am still waiting for the refund (4 months now).
I do not recommend it.
