L	Lemon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La lavandería e pulita e fornita di tutto, il parcheggio a volte non si trova, però dipende degli orari, unico diffetto diciamo anche se non è in realtà e che bisogna stare attenti a chiudere le porte delle asciugatrici quando hai finito altrimenti la proprietaria vecchia ti può vedere e farti una ramanzina, forse è la età. È diventata la metà e completamente infeltrita...non ho potuto nemmeno dire la mia perché la signora non c'era più....colpa mia che non mi sono informata prima su come trattare quel capo, ma mi resta il dubbio che forse sono stata anche un po' abbindolata...oltre al prezzo della coperta ho buttato via anche 10 euro. n	nikiforosk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimismo servizio clienti!!! Quando ho messo i gettoni l’asciugatrice si è bloccata e ho chiamato il primo dai tre recapiti di tecnici che sono scritti. Il signore ha provato di evitare di venire per sbloccarlo. Quando è arrivato (10’ dopo) io avevo già cominciato ad usare una alta asciugatrice. Ha sbloccato la prima e quando ho chiesto i miei soldi la sua risposta era: “ Dove hai visto che ti tornano i soldi? Dovevi aspettarmi e non mettere soldi dentro un altra macchinetta.TU MEGLIO DI NON RIVENIRE QUA”. Poi devo menzionare che lui è entrato senza rispetto alle norme anti COVID visto che non portava la sua mascherina. Non sono i 1,5€, è la maleducazione di cui si tratta!!! Ho usufruito di due lavatrici e fatte partire allo stesso tempo sballano di 7 min mah! dentro non si respira, oltretutto con la mascherina è praticamente impossibile stare all’interno. Un impianto di aria condizionata con gli incentivi ora non costa molto. Usufruisco spesso in settimana la lavanderia.. spero le cose cambino. Washing 26 min and lasts 35 min, it is not a problem if it lasts 35 min but so it seems like a mockery. I used two washing machines and started at the same time they get 7 min high! you can't breathe inside, plus with the mask it is practically impossible to stay inside. An air conditioning system with incentives now doesn't cost much. I often use the laundry during the week .. I hope things change.
