Quando sono tornato a prenderla i polsi erano strettissimi: l'ho fatto notare e la signora mi ha detto che avrebbe tolto la fodera che aveva ripiegato all'interno. Oggi sono tornato a prenderla, e i polsi sono ancora stretti - in misura più accettabile, ma comunque faccio fatica ad infilarla sopra il maglione e la manica non scorre.
Lavoro, in sostanza, pessimo (sorvolando sul fatto che i polsini non sono dritti, ma vabbè), spendete di più e fatevi fare un lavoro decente.
I brought my winter jacket to shorten the sleeves, trusting the positive reviews. When I went back to pick it up, the wrists were very tight: I pointed this out and the lady told me she would remove the cover she had folded inside. Today I went back for it, and the wrists are still tight - to a more acceptable extent, but still I struggle to slip it over my sweater and the sleeve doesn't flow.
Basically bad work (ignoring the fact that the cuffs are not straight, but oh well), spend more and get a decent job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vado da qualche tempo ed ho notato un notevole miglioramento nell'approccio con la clientela, quindi lo consiglio, prima era più scettica se c'erano riparazioni strane o particolari, invece adesso la vedo più flessibile e più gentile. Sono stata davvero molto soddisfatta, per le piccole riparazioni è davvero valida.
