Tutto OTTIMO, per non parlare della biscotteria secca e dei vari dolci! Fanno anche una pizza favolosa! Anche i prezzi sono ottimi!! Really excellent and homemade lasagna, tortellini as they used to be, "stufilose" tagliatelle (it is a Bolognese saying for exceptional tagliatelle). also the "brazadela" is that of the past. All EXCELLENT, not to mention the dry biscuits and the various sweets! They also make a fabulous pizza! The prices are also excellent!

Torta di riso, pinze con mostarda bolognese e pinoli, biscotti da inzuppare nel caffè/latte( con la glassa rugosa di zucchero) e poi tortellini, tagliatelle e tortelloni, zuppa imperiale, passatelli. Oggi a Roma quei sapori, quei profumi me li spediscono con un servizio celerissimo e degli imballaggi a prova di bomba. E così Roma ...diventa un po' Bologna. Grazie alla loro grande professionalità!!! I was already a client when I lived in Bologna. And I took from them many good things typical of Bolognese "sweet and savory" home cooking. Rice cake, tongs with bolognaise mustard and pine nuts, biscuits to soak in coffee / milk (with wrinkled sugar glaze) and then tortellini, tagliatelle and tortelloni, imperial soup, passatelli. Today in Rome those flavors, those perfumes send them to me with a very fast service and bombproof packaging. And so Rome ... becomes a bit Bologna. Thanks to their great professionalism !!!

Poi anche ravioli di zucca (strepitosi) e tanti dolci e dolcetti. La prenotazione da farsi con largo anticipo e può essere anche spedita (meglio da un paiio di kg in su). Preparano la confezione da viaggio e dispensano di molti consigli su come conservare i prodotti e cucinarli. Cortesia famigliare disarmante ... sembra veramente di essere tra parenti. Gentilissimi sempre pure con il caffè al bar e un pò di ristore nell'attesa. I prezzi sono corretti ma soprattutto la qualità è eccelsa e si percepisce l'alto livello degli ingredienti. Ci furono presentati da Bolognesi doc e per noi, restano il miglior posto dove acquistare la vera sfoglia di Bologna. Bravissimi!!! Always at the TOP !!! Like every year, I travel from Milan to Bologna just to stock up on the fantastic tortellini. Then also pumpkin ravioli (amazing) and many desserts and treats. The reservation must be done well in advance and can also be sent (preferably from a couple of kg upwards). They prepare the travel package and dispense many tips on how to store and cook the products. Disarming family courtesy ... it truly feels like being among relatives. Always very kind with coffee at the bar and a bit of refreshment while waiting. The prices are correct but above all the quality is excellent and the high level of ingredients is perceived. They were presented to us by Bolognesi doc and for us, they remain the best place to buy the real pasta from Bologna. Very good !!!
