★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto grande. Accogliente. Personale gentile. Stamattina un po' freddo a causa dei vasistas tenuti aperti per legge. Molto economico anche perché non c'è servizio al tavolo.
 Great place. Cozy. Friendly staff. A bit cold this morning due to the vasistas kept open by law. Very cheap also because there is no table service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già il posto in sé non è dei più accoglienti ed è un peccato perché la posizione é indicatissima, in più ieri pomeriggio mi sono imbattuta nella barista che oltre ad essere poco professionale (non ti risponde né saluta, ho chiesto un caffè e un cappuccino per mio marito e sono arrivati due caffè) quando sono andata alla cassa per pagare mi ha urlato in faccia perché abbiamo aperto un anta della vetrata da cui mio marito è uscito. Poteva anche essere giusta la sua osservazione, ma poiché c'era sull'altro lato dx della vetrata un'anta identica già aperta e nessuna scritta o cartello che indicasse di non aprire, non potevamo saperlo. Gentilmente le ho consigliato di scrivere o di fare una vetrofania sulla vetrata, ma ha risposto praticamente urlandomi in faccia. Non mi piace scrivere commenti negativi perché dietro ad una attività ci sono famiglie che si mantengono, ma questa volta proprio ci sta.
The place itself is not the most welcoming and it is a shame because the position is very suitable, plus yesterday afternoon I ran into the barista who, in addition to being unprofessional (he doesn't answer or greet you, I asked for a coffee and a cappuccino for my husband and two coffees arrived) when I went to the cashier to pay he yelled in my face because we opened a door of the window from which my husband came out. His observation could also be correct, but since there was on the other right side of the window an identical door already open and no writing or sign indicating not to open, we could not know. I kindly advised her to write or make a window sticker on the window, but she practically replied yelling in my face. I don't like to write negative comments because behind a business there are families who support themselves, but this time it really fits.

In teoria la sua posizione è molto strategica: davanti al parco della Lunetta in una strada alberata, e pochi concorrenti nelle vicinanze ma, purtroppo, è successo che quando avevo aperto la porta accanto al tavolo per ovvia necessità di areazione contro Covid19, la cameriera ci ha sgridato dicendo che non si deve aprire quella porta. A parte il modo, in questo momento che stiamo tutti preoccupati per un eventuale secondo Lockdown, è totalmente insensato dire di non aprire la porta anche perché era durante la giornata di temperatura mite. A questo punto, il fatto che aveva anche sbagliato la mia richiesta (ha portato un espresso anziché un cappuccino), è diventata il secondo piano come ordine di gravità...
