After more than 300km and more than 14h on my SARTO VENETO SL DISK I can say..."You can buy a bike or you can buy a SARTO!!!" I broke my old carbon monocoque frame after many years and last summer I decided to buy a new road bike. Find a brand that still produce/make and assembly the frame here in Italy was hard (almost impossibile)....and the history and the market bring me to know SARTO. Here in Italy there are no one that make and assembly a monocoque frame so I have discovered that a few brand started to make "bond carbon frame"....and I understood and studied the beautiful homemade world of carbon fiber. My budget was not high so I thought that was impossible to take a new custom homemade bike...but I realize a bike under 6.000€ fully made in Italy, with all italian components (Campagnolo Chorus 12v, idraulic Disk brake, shamal carbon wheels, and "selle Italia"). In the beginning the customer experience was not the better I had but I have the possibility to meet Enrico Sarto and see the real road bike production (step by step), and then I was follow and helped in the choice!! I could choose all the geometry of my bike and also the color of the frame (photo of my choice) ...a real custom! The delivery was on schedule (frame set in weeks...but components in more than 2 months), SARTO has also an internal mechanic to assembly the full bike and the quality of the final work was perfect and balance. Few word on the bike...stiffness (lateral and vertical) on downhill and extremely reacting on climbing. When I am on this bike I can really feel all the frame on my hands and also at 70km/h the bike is stable and safe... amazing no other bike give back this feeling!!
