Personale un po scazzato questa volta... peccato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza, personale non gentile. Ci hanno quasi letteralmente buttato fuori 5 a 10 minuti PRIMA della chiusura!! Commenti brutti alla cassa. Non mi sono neanche potuta cambiare con calma e controllare per bene cosa stavo per comprare.... per poi stare in coda davanti alla cassa. Avete paura di morire se lavorate 5 minuti in più??! Menomale che non lavorate nella ristorazione allora, li fai ORE in più e non solo 2 MINUTI e neanche pagato. Quindi, un pò di gentilezza per i vostri clienti che magari lavorano tardi e non possono venire molto prima!!
Bad experience, unkind staff. They almost literally kicked us out 5 to 10 minutes BEFORE closing !! Bad comments at the cashier. I have not even been able to calmly change and check what I was going to buy .... and then stand in the queue in front of the cashier. Are you afraid of dying if you work 5 more minutes ??! Luckily you don't work in restaurants then, you do them HOURS more and not just 2 MINUTES and not even paid. So, a little kindness for your customers who maybe work late and can't come much sooner !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica spiegazione possibile è che il commesso addetto alla vendita scarpe sia il figlio del proprietario (non il ragazzo giovane e alto bensì quello più basso). Se non avessi avuto la necessità assoluta di comprare le scarpe da montagna (250€) me ne sarei andato a gambe levate. In 30 minuti di attesa è riuscito a servite solamente una signora. 5 minuti portando le scarpe da provare, 25 minuti a guardare per terra.
The only possible explanation is that the shoe salesman is the owner's son (not the tall young boy but the shorter one). If I hadn't had the absolute need to buy mountain shoes (250 €) I would have gone wild. In 30 minutes of waiting he managed to serve only one lady. 5 minutes wearing the shoes to try on, 25 minutes to look at the ground.

Non è semplice trovare addetti così disponibili e soprattutto molto preparati in un campo specifico come l’alpinismo , bravo veramente , il suo nome è SIMONE , rivolgetevi a lui
