Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo! Ciò che caratterizza di più questo luogo, però, é la proverbiale gentilezza degli addetti e degli impiegati che accolgono il cliente e le sue richieste. Un' addetta ci ha seguito e consigliato per l'acquisto delle prime scarpette della nostra bimba, consigliandoci con gentilezza e, posso dirlo, con amore per il suo lavoro e per i bambini. Belli andateci! Truly a place where you can find everything for children and at very affordable prices. There are often nice offers and quality items. The value for money is excellent! What most characterizes this place, however, is the proverbial kindness of the employees and employees who welcome the customer and his requests. Oggi sono entrata per acquistare alcuni regali ma la commessa molto sgarbatamente, mi ha detto che potevo prendere solo pannolini e alimentari. Non è la prima volta che il personale è così sgarbato e seccato, quando gli si rivolgono delle domande. Sarà anche ben fornito, ma preferisco mille altri posti per gli acquisti per bambini. Non ci tornerò sicuramente. My experience in this shop? BAD. Today I went in to buy some gifts but the saleswoman very rudely told me that I could only take diapers and food. This is not the first time that the staff are so rude and annoyed when they are asked questions. It will also be well stocked, but I prefer a thousand other places to shop for kids. I will definitely not go back.
8	84ianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrati in questo negozio per vedere un trio, avevamo in mente il modello ma nessun altro negozio ci ha chiarito le differenze, anzi ne sapevano meno di noi che abbiamo guardato su internet!! Mentre guardavamo il prodotto di nostro interesse si è avvicinato l’unico commesso uomo dello store, simpatico, molto educato e disponibile, ma la cosa che più ci ha stupito e’ stata la sua professionalità, per la prima volta ci ha chiarito ogni dubbio su quello che stavamo acquistando. Anche il resto del personale è stato molto gentile, tra l’altro avevano anche la disponibilità immediata!! B	Bocca Verità on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si sono rifiutati di cambiarmi la scatola di latte in bottigliette del bambino con ancora scontrino e tutto sigillato, con la scusa che in quei 2 giorni in cui non ho fatto in tempo a passare il latte "sarebbo potuto essere rimasto sotto il sole"...ho dovuto mandare mio marito non potendo io, e lui ha sbagliato prodotto e io per altri impegni non sono riuscita a passare subito a fare il cambio, ma non è che lascio il prodotto sotto il sole! Adesso quel latte mio figlio non lo beve, ho già provato in passato, che me ne faccio ora?? 9 litri di latte in totale...io non torno più.... Continuo ad acquistare solo per la vicinanza a casa e per le offerte. Ma ahimè con i pampers day abbiamo sempre problemi ultimamente. Nonostante siamo andati al mattino presto, praticamente all'apertura, i pannolini numero 6 risultavano sempre già finiti. L'ultima volta addirittura la ragazza che si occupa di fornire gli sconti, gentilmente è andata a controllare in magazzino e poi ci ha riferito che in magazzino era presente ancora qualche scatola ma non poteva recuperle lei fisicamente. Chiesto ad una commessa di bimbo store, questa ha fatto finta di guardare e poi ha detto "no non ce ne sono più". Anche la ragazza che fornisce gli sconti era super imbarazzata. Concludo dicendo: se non avete voglia di lavorare state a casa!!!! ahh e fate anche un corso di cortesia e rispetto per il cliente. Pessimi!!!!
