β β β β β Excellent is the word I can describe Sapori Solari, I was very welcomed by the staff, the atmosphere was intimate with a touch of elegance, which completed the presentation of the dishes, as a starter I had this delightful Tartare di fassona pura Piemontese that was remarkable, so if you are a lover of raw beef dishes as me, they have plenty of options to surprise you as well! Looking forward to get back!

Exceptional service from the staff even though English isn't their main language. Will highly recommend to anyone.
