★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service! I ordered take out and they said that they would need 15 minutes to prepare my order. After asking several times, I got my order after 50 minutes because they prioritized the people at the tables, even if the guests had arrived after me. When I arrived home I realized the order was not complete, with the beer I paid for missing. Called the restaurant and they said that I would have to go back and pick up my beer … Never again. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our dinner at Al Mercato. The staff are efficient, responsive and helpful and each course of the meal felt thought through and special. It was especially challenging in our case, since I am vegan
(my meat-eating boyfriend couldn't stop praising the regular menu dishes he tasted). The plant-based dishes I was served were delicious and varied - each vegetable received a different treatment and yet they came together to form well-balanced plates of exceptional quality. Thank you, Eugenio and the rest of the team for a wonderful evening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burger is OK, I definitely had better ones in Milan. The meat was too salty and undercooked for my taste. My friend had a tartare burger and she didn't like it very much either. However, the snacks we ordered (onion ring and beef heart skewers) were surprisingly good, although all a bit on the salty side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burguer was very good. Potatoes were tasty. A bit more salty than ideal for my taste.
Service was good. The receptionist told us we had 20 min of waiting time but it ended up being more than 40. But they gave us free french fries to make it up while we were waiting outside so it wasn't that bad.
Unfortunately, there was no soap in the restroom (something particularly important for a burger place) and they didn't refill it even after I told them about it.
I didn't like the music at all but I cannot say it was bad. Some people might have enjoyed it.
Overall good experience.

But a bit of innovation wouldn’t be that bad.
The burgers are still good but lost that Wow effect you’d expect.
Wine list and drinks are great but it’s not an aperitivo despite the crowded small interiors.
Will go back eventually with few friends in those days where I’ll want a classic good treat
