★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora: la premessa è che per noi della Civica Scuola di Teatro Paolo Grassi, quella dietro l'angolo di via Salasco al 4, l'Amygdala è la nostra pausa pranzo. La nostra pausa pranzo si chiama Pino e Vita.
Pino in cucina e Vita ai tavoli, ci hanno accolti e nutriti durante tutta la pandemia, ci hanno tenuto da parte i piatti preferiti, ci hanno coccolati e aiutati. La premessa è che la nostra pausa pranzo si è trasformata così proprio in una vera pausa, fatta di risate e sfotto', di scherzi e cibo semplice e buono ( sai quel che mangi!) Ormai Pino e Vita lo sanno .... tra le 13:00 e le 13:30 noi Paolograssini piombiamo lì davanti, ognuno con le sue manie culinarie e troviamo sempre un sorriso e una ordinazione pronta. Grazie Pino e Vita .... grazie all'Amygdala che ha saputo ricomporre con tanta leggerezza la frattura di questo ultimo anno e che ci ha permesso di sorridere anche quando proprio non c'era nessun motivo apparente per farlo. Sempre davanti ad un buon piatto.
 So: the premise is that for us at the Paolo Grassi Civic School of Theater, the one around the corner of via Salasco al 4, the Amygdala is our lunch break. Our lunch break is called Pino e Vita.
Pino in the kitchen and Vita at the tables, they welcomed and fed us throughout the pandemic, they kept our favorite dishes aside, they pampered and helped us. The premise is that our lunch break has thus turned into a real break, made of laughter and teasing ', of jokes and simple and good food (you know what you eat!) By now Pino and Vita know it .... between at 13:00 and 13:30 we Paolograssini swoop in front of us, each with his own culinary delusions and we always find a smile and a ready order. Thanks Pino and Vita .... thanks to Amygdala who was able to recompose the fracture of this last year with such lightness and which allowed us to smile even when there was no apparent reason to do so. Always in front of a good dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni tanto ci fermiamo a fare colazione, Pino e Vita sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Vasta scelta di dolce e salato. Da provare.
Every now and then we stop for breakfast, Pino and Vita are very courteous and helpful. Wide choice of sweet and savory. To try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto cordiale, ottimi prodotti e buon prezzo. Uno degli unici posti in zona che invece di dare patatine nel sacchetto come aperitivo porta un tagliere del genere.
Very friendly staff, great products and good price. One of the only places in the area that instead of giving chips in the bag as an aperitif carries such a cutting board.
