It is just so unprofessional that, when you are the only guests (party of three), and you only ordered hamburger and cheeseburger, that they ALWAYS have to ask who ordered what … … and that the head waiter gets an amnesia as soon as you don’t want to order anything else and doesn’t come back for 15mins to ask if we want to pay (or anything else). So eventually you have to waive at them - several times.
Almost worth deducting stars … if the rest wasn’t so nice.
Please fix this …!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gourmet buger in Milan! Unfortunately the restaurant has become a chain and has become a bit soulless and expensive. Don't forget to try the spicy french fries and the truffle fries. If you like some spice in your hamburger I recommend trying the habanero sauce.

Everyone was very nice, great service and easy to book the table online.
A bit pricey, but it's worth it.
