Delicious dinner. I think the polenta they make is one of the best I've tried. I recommend it for a cozy dinner out.

If you like traditional Italian food, this is the place to go! The restaurant is in a price centre location and the staff is great and super friendly!

Once is enough (read: too much) for me. We were sat down next to the toilet in the basement with another four or five tables of disappointed diners. You could cut the tension with a knife! We all patiently waited whilst dreadful Christmas music played out over the stereo and it took half an hour to even get to see the menu. When we did we were told that half of the things on it (both wine and food) were not available. Ah. On the plus side we did get some stale popcorn in a mason jar as an 'amuse bouche'. Tables and chairs would have been better in a garden, but definitely not in an expensive restaurant. Very, very uncomfortable... especially considering the long wait! When the food and wine did come it was decent, nothing to write home about, but fine. Except the bread. We are in Turin, the home of grissini. Why are we being served a cheap imitation in a packet? Why not try to find a local bakery with artisan breads, rather than serving up the dry white stuff from lunchtime's service? Overall a very very disappointing experience, especially considering the price. Unfortunately next time we shall be taking our custom elsewhere...
