Al momento dell'acquisto, ho avuto rassicurazione che avrei potuto cambiare i capi in un successivo momento se la taglia fosse stata troppo grande. Sono tornato dopo un mese. La camicia mi è stata cambiata, anche se per un altro modello, perché di quella che avevo acquistato non c'era più la taglia. Per quanto riguarda il cachemire, mi è stato detto che ”avrei potuto cambiarlo solo dopo una settimana dall'acquisto, perché era in promozione e sennò non riesco a rivenderlo”. Avendo fatto presente che lui stesso al momento dell'acquisto mi avesse detto che avrei potuto cambiarlo in un successivo momento, mi è stata risposto ”è ma c'erano i cartelli”, facendomi oltretutto passare per stupido. Peccato, perché il proprietario all'apparenza sembra molto gentile, ma in questo caso non si è rivelato professionale.
