Siccome catena in franchising consiglio anche corso di vendita e educazione. Contenta di aver speso in altro negozio i miei soldi, dove il servizio al cliente sono all'altezza del negozio. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Durante i saldi ci hanno venduto un piumino da donna fallato marca Bosideng spacciandolo in saldo scontato al 50% perché solo più 2 taglie disponibili. In realtà il piumino è da outlet, è difettoso. Il tessuto lucido è gravemente rovinato al polsino sinistro e lungo tutta la manica sinistra ed anche un po' dietro sulla schiena. Purtroppo non ce ne siamo accorti subito e solo una volta arrivati a casa, con la luce del giorno ed indossandolo il difetto è apparso evidente. Abbiamo sicuramente sbagliato noi a non guardare bene prima di acquistarlo, però l'onestà del venditore è venuta meno. Non costava nulla dichiarare i difetti e lasciare a noi la decisione di acquistarlo o meno, non ci credo che non lo sapessero. Ci hanno fregato, ovviamente è l'unica occasione che hanno avuto. Inutile portarlo indietro, potrebbero dire che siamo stati noi a ridurlo così. Fate molta attenzione quando acquistate e guardate bene la roba. Unfortunately, bad experience.
