★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti sempre molto belli ed è una tappa fissa del mio shopping, nonostante l'atteggiamento scostante e spesso sgradevole del personale che ieri ha toccato l'apice...alle 19,15, con ancora in quarto d'ora di margine prima della chiusura, mi affaccio per entrare e mi sento chiedere, con faccia scocciata: "Signora di cosa ha bisogno, noi traaffiatato 10 minuti chiudiamo", "Ma quindi non posso entrare?" Chiedo io...""Beh, si ma solo a guardare..."
Ora, io sono abituata che se vedo qualcosa in vetrina che mi piace, vado dritta al punto e in 10 minuti provo e acquisto (A parte che di minuti ne mancavano 15)...Ma poi mi chiedo: avete riaperto dopo un lockdown infinito...è da furbi comportarsi così? Io me ne sono andata, evidentemente vi siete persi un guadagno di fine giornata e onestamente questa volta non so se mi rivedete! Customer sactisfation.. voto 0
