Ricordo che il diritto di recesso, come riportato sul sito del brand, è consentito entro i 14 giorni. La disponibilità e l’assistenza fornita hanno superano ogni aspettativa e speranza (ho avuto esperienze negative in negozi di altri brand in quanto il personale è spesso svogliato e/o non ben formato). Vivissimi complimenti a tutto lo staff e in particolare a Clelia che ha dimostrato grandi capacità gestionali, dedizione e sincera comprensione delle problematiche del cliente. Tornerò sicuramente per altri acquisti! Una volta entrati abbiamo visto una commessa impegnata alla cassa con una signora e un'altra commessa che stava seguendo un'altra cliente. Diamo un'occhiata ai sandali, individuo ciò che mi interessava (tra l'altro diverse paia) e poi ci siamo fermati ad aspettare che si liberasse una commessa. Chi ci ha particolarmente irritati è stata la commessa che stava facendo provare delle scarpe alla cliente, perché l'altra continuava ad essere alla cassa con l'altra signora (cosa stesse facendo per tutto quel tempo, non ci è dato sapere..). Nessuno si aspettava che mollasse l'altra cliente per noi, ma non ti viene dopo 10 minuti che ci sono degli ipotetici clienti, in piedi, vicino a te, di degnarli di uno sguardo, salutare e dire che appena libera ci avresti degnato di considerazione??? Aggiungo che l'altra cliente era con la mascherina giù, della serie, il menefreghismo più totale, oltre la violazione delle norme anti-Covid19. Ecco, qui si vede proprio quando l'attività non è loro, ma ci lavorano solo. Complimenti!!! Sicuramente dopo che abbiamo girato i tacchi la prima volta, non ci sogneremo sicuramente di metterci mai più piede, rischiando anche la salute. Totalmente negativo.
