En caisse je paie 49€... arrivé chez moi je m'en rends compte et je décide de donc retourner le lendemain. La vendeuse m'explique que c'est ainsi et pas autrement elle ne rendra rien, soit j'échange soit je m'en vais. Je n'y retournerai plus ! Not at all professional! The shopping side they do not seem to know! The price written under the shoe is € 42. In cash I pay 49 € ... arrived home I realize it and I decide to return the next day. The saleswoman explains to me that it is so and not otherwise she will not return anything, either I exchange or I go. I will never go back!

Purtroppo però provandole in negozio non mi piaceva il modello e come calzava in quanto per il prezzo di vendita sono rigide e scomode. Ho quindi richiesto il modello Pascal che però non era disponibile in TG. 38 e i due commessi nonostante gli abbia detto chiaramente che NON mi piacevano per niente, l'unica risposta che hanno saputo darmi è stato... torna a settembre 2022. Con questo rinnovo la mia più totale delusione e sconforto per aver dovuto obbligatoriamente acquistare una scarpa che proprio non mi piace. Consiglio ai due commessi di cambiare mestiere. Bad experience. I received a pair of Dr. Martens as a gift for Christmas, as they were TG.39 I had to exchange them for TG.38. Unfortunately, trying them on in the shop I didn't like the model and how it fit because for the selling price they are rigid and uncomfortable. I therefore requested the Pascal model which however was not available in TG. 38 and the two clerks despite having clearly told them that I did NOT like them at all, the only answer they were able to give me was ... back in September 2022. With this renewal, my total disappointment and despair at having to buy a shoe that I just don't like. I advise the two clerks to change jobs.

Entrambe le scarpe erano tagliate allo stesso modo nella suola, probabilmente fallate. Le scarpe mi sono state sostituite e oggi sono passata in negozio a ritirarle. Grazie per la professionalità. Commessi gentili e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato! Very positive experience. On February 3rd I brought back a couple of 2 stars bought at this shop in April 2021 (showing the ATM payment). Both shoes were cut the same way in the sole, probably flawed. My shoes have been replaced and today I went to the store to pick them up. Thanks for the professionalism. Kind and helpful salespeople. Absolutely recommended!
