Sembra che non hanno bisogno di vendere diversamente di tutto il resto che ha sofferto tanto con il covid. Per ora il rapporto qualità/prezzo mi sembra eccellente. Segnalo che nei due negozi visitati, situati in via Garibaldi a Torino, l'assortimento di calzature da uomo era piuttosto limitato, mentre quello dei modelli per donna era adeguato. I recently bought a pair of shoes, which I have worn only a couple of times but that seem comfortable and of good quality, paying € 25.00. For now, the quality / price ratio seems excellent to me. I would point out that in the two shops visited, located in Via Garibaldi in Turin, the range of men's shoes was rather limited, while that for women's models was adequate.

Indossate una volta per dieci minuti, si sono aperte a metà dalla parte della soletta. Tornati subito in negozio, hanno detto che lo scontrino non era valido perché i loro registratori di cassa avevano i dati cancellati. Da denuncia. Comportamento inqualificabile. Spendeteli in chemioterapia e le scarpe mettetevele dove non batte il sole. First and last negative experience. Purchased a pair of shoes in the amount of fifty euros. Worn once for ten minutes, they have opened halfway on the insole side. Immediately back in the shop, they said the receipt was invalid because their cash registers had their data erased. From complaint. Unqualifiable behavior. Spend it on chemotherapy and put your shoes where the sun doesn't shine.
C	Chiara Gullone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passata ieri per comprare un paio di scarpe da 100€ ca. ed ero titubante, in quanto più volte mi è successo che, dopo qualche mese, si spezzasse a metà la suola (con altri brand). La commessa Alessandra è stata super gentile e paziente nel rincuorarmi sulla qualità della scarpa, confermandomi addirittura che, qualora dovessero presentarsi problemi strutturali (chiaramente non di usura), si sarebbero fatti carico di portare il prodotto al fornitore e sostituirlo (anche dopo qualche mese, a patto che porti lo scontrino)! In conclusione, esperienza ottima. Ora testerò la scarpa, ma per il personale -ad oggi- tornerei. I came by yesterday to buy a pair of shoes for approx. € 100. and I was hesitant, as it happened to me several times that, after a few months, the sole broke in half (with other brands). The saleswoman Alessandra was super kind and patient in encouraging me about the quality of the shoe, even confirming that, should structural problems arise (clearly not of wear), they would take charge of bringing the product to the supplier and replacing it (even after a few months, as long as you bring the receipt)! In conclusion, great experience. Now I will test the shoe, but for the staff - as of today - I would go back.

Ho comprato un paio di scarpe, ma dopo averle provate a casa mi sono resa conto che mi stavano un po’ strette. Ritornando nel negozio dopo 5 giorni per fare il reso mi è stato detto, con un tono altro che simpatico, che di sabato non fanno i resi e che dovrei ritornare un altro giorno (nel 21 secolo una scusa del genere suona strana, contando il fatto che oltre a me in quel momento c’erano solo 2 persone, per cui il negozio non era neanche affollato). A sto punto sono tornata martedì, ma questa volta mi è stato detto che le scarpe sono della collezione precedente, per cui non fanno i resi (anche se le ho comprate una settimana fa). Ho chiesto di contattare il responsabile del negozio e mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero richiamata, ma come già potete intuire nulla di tutto ciò è stato fatto. Mi sembra assurdo che un negozio possa creare così tanto disagio al cliente per un paio di scarpe da 65 euro. Vergognosi. Non ci torno mai più. Consiglio a tutti di comprare altrove: come minimo vi danno 30 giorni per fare il reso (Contigo compreso) senza farvi troppe domande sul come e perché. I was really disappointed with this shop, even though I had been a loyal customer for years. They have no return policy! I bought a pair of shoes, but after trying them on at home I realized they were a bit tight. Returning to the shop after 5 days to return I was told, in a very nice tone, that on Saturdays they do not return and that I should come back another day (in the 21st century such an excuse sounds strange, counting the fact that besides me at that time there were only 2 people, so the shop was not even crowded). I'm back on Tuesday, but this time I was told that the shoes are from the previous collection, so they don't do returns (even though I bought them a week ago). I asked to contact the store manager and was told they would call me back, but as you can already guess none of this has been done. It seems absurd to me that a shop can create so much inconvenience to the customer for a pair of shoes from 65 euros. Shameful. I never go back there. I recommend everyone to buy elsewhere: at least they give you 30 days to make the return (including Contigo) without asking yourself too many questions about how and why.
