★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the reviews seemed to hype this place up a bit, but I am personally disappointed. I order the tagliatelle with sugo di Pomodoro sauvré. The pasta was fresh and you could taste it, but that's all it was. The tomato sauce was bland and unseasoned. I expected at least a few cherry tomatoes and some basil ( got a singular leaf on top), yet I got just the pasta and bland sauce.
TL:DR if you want fresh pasta, the got it, but don't expect much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little established that specialises in pastas. Homemade pastas with sauces, tortellini and gnocchi. There are wholegrain options. Vegan sauces, but I haven't seen vegan pastas. Vegetarians will be ok, as there is enough to choose from.
Interior is pretty nice, lot of white, grey. Close to mid Garibaldi Street, so not that far away from Piazza Castello.
You can pay with card and order takeaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious. I ordered the agnolotti pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta which was perfect. I chose carbonara sauce and it didn’t taste like carbonara but the bacon is sooooo delicious and overall still a dish I would eat again.
Pasta taste very fresh and service is fast. Perfect for a lunch break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and fast service. Pasta is freshly made everyday. I had the ricotta and spinach filled Pansotti Di Magro with the Ragu sauce for an early dinner meal around 5.30pm, the place was empty inside, but there was a table outside. The serving was generous and I enjoyed the flavour of the sauce. The pasta itself was nice too however I think parts of it were slightly undercooked. Still a very affordable and enjoyable meal in Turin and would come back if I'm ever in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best and most affordable place to get an excellent pasta dish. The pasta is home made and you can pick on your own what sauce and what type of pasta you want. The staff is very nice and they will help you out with picking the right type of pasta and sauce together. Buon apetito!

My dish was delicious. Price is average for the city centre.
