Sono un cliente abituale del pastificio "La spiga" e devo dire che non mi ha mai deluso, ogni giorno pasta fresca di vario tipo e piatti pronti di gastronomia da consumare anche in pausa pranzo! I titolari sono sempre gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Excellent pasta-gastronomy in the center of Turin. I am a regular customer of the "La Spiga" pasta factory and I must say that it has never disappointed me, every day fresh pasta of various types and ready meals of gastronomy to be consumed even during lunch break! The owners are always kind and ready to satisfy every request.
Absolutely to recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono imbattuta in questo pastificio per caso, durante una passeggiata invernale e da quel momento quando mi trovo in centro mi sento obbligata a passare perché la loro pasta ripiena è qualcosa di eccezionale. Il locale si presenta curato nei dettagli e i titolari sono davvero gentilissimi e simpatici. In questi anni ho provato una svariata qualità di pasta ripiena che non ha mai deluso le mie aspettative. Durante l’anno i ripieni variano a seconda della stagionalità e questo fa capire la qualità dei prodotti. I miei preferiti rimangono gorgonzola e noci, zucca e amaretti e in inverno quelli ai carciofi. Assolutamente da provare tutti.
I came across this pasta factory by chance, during a winter walk and from that moment when I am in the center I feel obliged to pass because their filled pasta is something exceptional. The restaurant is presented with attention to detail and the owners are really very kind and nice. In recent years I have tried a varied quality of filled pasta that has never disappointed my expectations. During the year the fillings vary according to the season and this makes us understand the quality of the products. My favorites remain gorgonzola and walnuts, pumpkin and amaretti and in winter those with artichokes. Absolutely to try them all.
