S	Sean Morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are rude and did not even acknowledge my presence when at the counter. someone else was served before me where I was waiting for patiently for a while, to which I prompted them and the member of staff raised their voice and rudely pointed to the other side of the counter to pay. A similar situation happened at the other side of the counter. Worst service I have received in a long time.

Asked us if we had money on our card?!? and 2. Followed up with further rudeness after a competent colleague processed the payment in less than 10 seconds by asking as to fetch the items that she had taken away from us ourselves. Denise needs to get another job or has a chip on her shoulder or most likely both.

Unable to serve some bread to a salad, asked for it twice but both girls didn‘t get it. they where to buisy to talk to each other, or her friends, they may have quited their shift and where standing in front of the bar. Not one of them seems to know what working at the gastronomie means.
