Dopo aver visto la macchina un paio di volte ed esserci accordati sul prezzo, chiamo dichiarando che sarei passata per COMPRARLA. Arrivo all'ora e al giorno dell'appuntamento e mi accoglie il proprietario senza rispetto alcuno che ridendo dice di averla venduta mezz'ora prima ad un'altra persona, nonostante fossero stati loro a 'bloccare' la macchina in attesa che io passassi. Chiedo spiegazioni e assisto ad una discussione dai toni accesi tra padre e figlio (che nel mentre conferma di aver segnato sull'agenda l'appuntamento con me - cosa ve ne fate dunque di quell'agenda?), nessun cenno di scuse o tentativo di rimediare alla gran brutta figura appena fatta. Il proprietario insiste ridendomi in faccia senza ritegno alcuno. Correttezza e professionalità completamente assenti tra le mascherine non indossate o indossate scorrettamente e le battute maschiliste che il proprietario ha pensato bene di rivolgere al genere femminile tutto affermando sempre col sorriso sornione che le donne non sanno guidare, che non fa per loro. Sconsiglio a chiunque di rivolgersi a queste persone ignoranti, maleducate e per niente professionali. Seedy place and even more seedy staff. I ask for explanations and witness a heated discussion between father and son (who in the meantime confirms that he has marked the appointment with me on the agenda - what do you do with that agenda?), No hint of apology or attempt to remedy the great ugly figure just made. The owner insists, laughing in my face without any restraint.
