Seguito e consigliato nei minimi dettagli durante la vendita e, cosa importantissima, anche come post vendita ed assistenza. Uno staff di persone cortesi, preparate e disponibili con un occhio alla attenzionalità al cliente, cosa molto rara oggigiorno.
 I recently bought a Citroen C3 Aircross and I had a great time. Followed and advised in every detail during the sale and, very importantly, also as after-sales and assistance. A staff of courteous people, prepared and available with an eye to customer attention, which is very rare these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La singola stella non è per i proprietari che sono sempre gentilissimi e nemmeno per l'officina, dove le persone sono competenti e disponibili, ma unicamente per la signorina che risponde al telefono dall'officina, davvero indisponente. Nella speranza che i proprietari comprendano il disagio che questa persona crea, spiego che fare da filtro e non passare mai sistematicamente i diretti interessati è normale, ma il tono saccente che pretende di sapere tutto e non sa nulla, obbligare a raccontare ogni cosa per poi doverla ridire ogni volta è davvero penoso, davvero meglio trovare il telefono occupato.
The single star is not for the owners who are always very kind and not even for the workshop, where people are competent and available, but only for the lady who answers the phone from the workshop, really annoying. In the hope that the owners will understand the discomfort that this person creates, I explain that to act as a filter and never to systematically pass the people directly involved is normal, but the pedantic tone that claims to know everything and knows nothing, oblige us to tell everything to then having to repeat it every time is really painful, really better to find the phone busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, venditore dell’usato che non saprei quale aggettivo possa addirsi al meglio. Riscontrato un ammanco chilometrico dall’auto di circa 100000 chilometri, ben centomila chilometri in meno di quanto dichiarato!
DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!
