In risposta alle Vs. osservazioni del marzo 2022, premesso che sono stato Vs cliente come da Vs.ricevuta n.557. del 12-02-2018. Ho trovato strano che avete trascurato mie mie email da cui si deduceva: -Dopo visita oculistica di mia moglie Marialuisa Glorialanza presso Vs dr. Della Mea che prescriveva un intervento di cataratta presso Vs. struttura, (come da Vs.ricevuta n.1447 del 10-03-2021 ) , la segretaria ha chiesto l'invio di copia della stessa prescrizione e dell' impegnativa del medico di base, che ho fatto immediatamente . -Non ricevendo risposta, ho telefonato e mi è stato detto che avevano sbagliato indirizzo. -Ho reinviato pazientemente quanto ritenevo dovessero già avere già in archivio. -Non ricevendo ancora risposta ho di nuovo telefonato e mi è stato detto che avevate ricevuto la email di prenotazione. -Ad oggi 21-04-2022 ancora nessuna risposta da parte Vostra. Potrei entrare nel guinnes dei primati come visita più veloce e superficiale al mondo. Il medico aveva fretta di andare via . Mi dispiace ma professionalità zero.
