Medici bravi ma personale poco accogliente. Se trovate un'alternativa, prendetela in considerazione! Pessimo servizio di segreteria. Consiglio di rivolgersi ad altre strutture. C	Carla Milena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda le visite oculistiche i dottori sono cordiali e fanno visite approfondite. L'unico neo è che gli accompagnatori dei pazienti per i protocolli anticovid sono costretti a stare fuori dall'edificio. Premetto con il dire che a chi effettua una visita oculistica gli vengono messe delle gocce che li rendono per qualche ora impossibilitati a guidare un veicolo. Gli accompagnatori quindi sono essenziali. Il problema è che le visite non sono mai ad orario e personalmente mi sono fatta in piedi e fuori con +32° ben 45 minuti di attesa prima che mia madre venisse chiamata. Non ero l'unica però, due signore anziane si erano sedute sotto il sole sugli scalini e questo è umanamente scandaloso. Quello che chiedo è, perché non mettere delle sedie all'ingresso della pedana dove c'è ombra? Oppure limitate gli appuntamenti così gli accompagnatori avrebbero il posto all'interno visto che non esiste una sala d'attesa. Per concludere, se l'emergenza covid continua, la gente dovrà restare fuori nel parcheggio anche con il freddo? As for the eye exams, the doctors are friendly and do thorough examinations. Quando poi il giorno dopo ho chiamato perché non mi arrivava ancora il risultato, il tecnico di laboratorio, infastidito dalla mia telefonata, mi ha annunciato con soddisfazione, al limite del cinismo, che il mio tampone era positivo. Che dire? Meglio starne alla larga! La signorina non sa, mi dice che deve chiedere alla collega... La domanda era semplice, il dottor tal dei tali esercita presso di voi sia con impegnativa che il libera professione? Mi fa lasciare il numero di telefono dicendo che mi richiama. Dopo due giorni, avendo la necessità di sapere, richiamo....non sa ancora rispondere e deve chiedere alla collega. Ore 16.48 la segreteria comunica che causa infortunio il medico non si è presentato. La domanda sorge spontanea. Infortunato alle 16.30? Conclusioni ... Fatto 140 km per niente. Credere all'infortunio ci crederò solo a fronte di un referto di PS. Potevano avvisare prima e evitare viaggio con anziano di 89 anni. Appointment at 4.30 pm for dermatological check-up ...
