Di cui le signore della recepition nn davano nessuna spiegazione, o meglio stanno lavorando l ' unica cosa che mi hanno detto, sono un persona diabetica a tutto questo disagio e' stato dalle 10:30 sino alle 16:00 Very bad clinic, with an appointment to take a paid exam I had to wait 4 hours and a half. Il personale gentile ,disponibile e preparato dall'ingresso dove si è accolti con un sorriso agli ausiliari che sono sempre pronti a soddisfare le piccole necessità dei degenti,è chiaro che anche da parte di quest'ultimi ci vuole comprensione e rispetto per il lavoro di tutti. Una nota particolare va fatta ai fisioterapisti che oltre ad essere preparatissimi,hanno sempre un sorriso ed una parola gioiosa verso chi è nella sofferenza fisica e psicologica. Insomma VILLA ELISA è proprio una bella realtà in uesto territorio così martoriato e povero di strutture al servizio dei malati.Grazie a tutto staff. Excellent structure, very clean and welcoming. A	Antonino Macrì on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel posto ci sono stato per una settimana dal 10 Maggio del 1999, la culla era funzionale e anche se piangevo mi davano la pappa, ora non so più se ci sono bambini che nascono li però io son nato prematuro ma con tutte le precauzioni, e consiglio chi vuol nascere un po' più in sicurezza che a casa sua Villa Elisa fa per voi. Nice place I've been there for a week since May 10th 1999, the cradle was functional and even if I cried they gave me the baby food, now I don't know if there are children who are born there but I was born premature but with all the precautions, and I recommend those who want to be born a little more safely than Villa Elisa is for you at home.

Di fronte esiste un parcheggio non privato, apposito della struttura, non molto grande ma comodo vista la zona perché è proprio sulla strada. La struttura devo dire si trova bene: all'ingresso è possibile subito chiedere informazioni al personale disponibile e preparato, si trova anche un piccolo bar per chi avesse bisogno di fare colazione o altro. La struttura è fornita di corridoi ampi e soprattutto ascensori nuovi e funzionanti. La pulizia è perfetta e devo dire che il personale è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Tutti bravi. Ma la gentilezza e la disponibilità della Radiologa Emma mi ha fatto superare tutto. Tenendomi anche la mano fino a quando non mi sono sentita sicura. Clinica sempre al top su tutto. I had to do an MRI, my anxious state I don't know if it allowed me to do it. But the kindness and availability of the radiologist Emma made me overcome everything.
