★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciano le prenotazioni pendenti a marcire fino alla scadenza senza dare comunicazione al paziente che, per la prestazione richiesta, non hanno la strumentazione, facendo così perdere del tempo prezioso a chi, invece, di tempo non ne ha.
Sarebbe bastato esitare negativamente una richiesta anziché aspettare che il paziente si premurasse di chiamare.
Avrei dovuto effettuare una Elettromiografia ma non avendo ricevuto contatto di conferma mi sono premurato di chiamare dopo una settimana dalla prenotazione e a due giorni dall'esame per sentirmi dire che loro non hanno la strumentazione per l'esame.
Mi sono indirizzati ad altra struttura più professionale.
They leave pending reservations to rot until the deadline without informing the patient that, for the requested service, they do not have the equipment, thus wasting precious time for those who, on the other hand, do not have time.
It would have been enough to negatively hesitate a request rather than wait for the patient to take care to call.
I should have done an electromyography but having not received a confirmation contact I made sure to call one week after the booking and two days after the exam to be told that they do not have the equipment for the exam.
I went to another more professional structure.
