Dopo la frattura del femore di mia madre alle dimissioni hanno nel giro di due ore consegnato sedia a rotelle e deambulatore consigliandomi la migliore opzione e al rinnovo dopo un mese si può pagare con il bonifico ma assolutamente non ti chiamano anzi devi essere tu a far presente che c'è la scadenza. Ottima esperienza con loro li consiglio vivamente
Dear diligent and professional. After the fracture of my mother's femur at discharge they delivered a wheelchair and walker within two hours, advising me on the best option and for the renewal after a month you can pay by bank transfer but absolutely they do not call you, on the contrary you must be the one to report that there is a deadline. Great experience with them I highly recommend them

Dopo aver acquistato un tutore per mia madre a giugno 2021, mi è stato fatto un buono con scadenza dicembre 2021, a seguito della scomparsa di mia madre 2 giorni dopo l’acquisto.
Gennaio 2022 (certamente oltre la scadenza , riportata su un semplice biglietto da visita del negozio) mi viene negato la riscossione del buono, per presunti problemi fiscali, a quel punto chiedo la restituzione dell’articolo che avevo acquistato…. negato.
Pertanto, si sono tenuti l’articolo e i soldi…
Naturalmente, la storia nn finisce qui…

Truly absurd story ...
After purchasing a brace for my mother in June 2021, I was given a voucher expiring in December 2021, following the disappearance of my mother 2 days after the purchase.
January 2022 (certainly after the deadline, shown on a simple business card of the shop) I am denied the redemption of the voucher, for alleged tax problems, at which point I ask for the return of the item I had purchased .... denied.
Therefore, the article and the money were kept ...
Of course, the story doesn't end here ...
