Sicuramente conosco il loro lavoro e ciò che trattano ma se la richiesta del cliente è una ben precisa perché cercare a tutti i costi di vendergli una cosa diversa?
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience, I asked for a type of brace and I was given a different one trying to convince me that it was the same. I certainly know their work and what they deal with but if the customer's request is a very specific one, why try at all costs to sell them something different?

I was looking for a product of a specific brand recommended by the orthopedist. In this shop they didn't treat her but the seller was kind enough to call the sales rep and show me where to find her.

Sono entrata e mi sono trovata con dei ragazzi cordiali disponibili preparati disponibili ad aiutare molto efficaci . Sono uscita con un bel ricordo di questo posto. Ho acquistato anche cose che non erano in programma ma che mi servivano e ho deciso con piacere di acquistarli qui.
I found myself there by chance. I'm from Bolzano and in Rome I had to use Google Maps on foot to find a health shop. I went in and found myself with some friendly guys available, prepared to help very effective. I went out with a good memory of this place. I also bought things that weren't planned but that I needed and I gladly decided to buy them here.
