Sono belga (cioè in Europa) e la signora "amichevole" al telefono non poteva che darmi informazioni sul "soggiorno" e su persone fuori dall'Europa. quando ho gentilmente informato la signora che il Belgio è in Europa e non ho bisogno di un "soggiorno" per questo, lei ha potuto solo chiamarmi e indicarmi la porta. (anche se ho tutti i documenti necessari). Non è così che tratti le persone e capisco perfettamente perché ci sono solo poche recensioni. I had a very bad first experience with this company. I called to ask for some information.
