Si inventato che c'è un servizio in cui ti cercano casa al posto tuo a una cifra di circa 120 euro poi spariscono e non si fanno più sentire. Se non fosse per il basso importo sarebbero da denunciare una vera e propria truffa Watch out for this agency. Dopo aver fatto la mia proposta con tanto di assegno fiduciario, hanno preso una proposta di poco più alta della mia e l'hanno sottoposta al proprietario senza avere l'accortezza di farmi una telefonata. Risultato: il proprietario ha accettato l'offerta lievemente più alta ed io non ho avuto la possibilità di offrire quel qualcosa in più nonostante abbia fatto per primo la proposta ufficiale. CONSIGLIO: diffidate da questa agenzia, guarderà solo al proprio interesse. Il 4% di provvigione poi è la percentuale più alta mai sentita. Infine, chiamo l'agente, Alessandro, per chiedere perché non mi avesse chiamato per verificare la mia disponibilità ad aumentare la proposta e mi dice che ho sbagliato io a non offrire di più...pazzesco.
