Quanto al parcheggio e' sicuramente difficoltoso, come in tutta la zona. Health shop well stocked but not completely: I did not find what I was looking for but kindness, courtesy and competence, yes! As for parking it is certainly difficult, as in the whole area.

Ho acquistato un prodotto e sono stata rassicurata in merito alla possibilità di effettuare il cambio entro 15 giorni con lo scontrino ed il prodotto intonso. Poche ore dopo l'acquisto il cambio mi è stato negato in quanto ho acquistato con fattura e mi è stato detto che alla cassa è affisso un cartello che cita questa regola aziendale. Ho parlato al telefono con un'operatrice poco educata e strafottente che non si è voluta qualificare e che non mi ha voluto nemmeno passare il commesso che mi aveva garantito il cambio. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di varcare la soglia di questa attività commerciale. Mentre alla commessa che mi ha risposto auguro esattamente quello che ha messo nel suo Karma per come si è comportata. Ho inviato una PEC chiedendo il cambio del prodotto. Hanno replicato alla mia recensione che le cose non sono andate come io dico, ma nessuno ha potuto dire altrettanto tramite PEC; ed infatti non si sono degnati di rispondere. Un peccato mortale far mangiare certa gente che merita solo di chiudere! Loyal customer of the previous management, I had a very unpleasant experience with the new manager. I purchased a product and was reassured about the possibility of making the change within 15 days with the receipt and the product intact. A few hours after the purchase, I was denied the change because I bought with an invoice and I was told that a sign is posted at the cashier that mentions this company rule. I spoke on the phone with an uneducated and arrogant operator who did not want to qualify and who did not even want to pass the clerk who had guaranteed me the change. I strongly advise against crossing the threshold of this commercial activity. While to the saleswoman who answered me, I wish exactly what she put into her Karma for how she behaved. I sent a PEC requesting the change of the product. They replied to my review that things did not go as I say, but no one could say the same via PEC; and in fact they did not deign to answer. A mortal sin to feed some people who just deserve to close!

La signorina mi ha spiegato le varie tipologie di prodotti che cercavo poichè non avevo la minima idea riguardo taglie, materiali e classe di compressione. Tutto chiarissimo. Ho avuto anche uno sconto del 10% circa senza averlo neanche chiesto. Misurazione della temperatura all'entrata, uso del gel disinfettante mani obbligatorio per tutti. Insomma unico negozio in zona che applica prevenzioni. Neanche nelle tre farmacie dove sono stato tra ieri e oggi. Spero di non doverci mai più tornare ma se ce ne sarà bisogno tornerò sicuramente. I went to this shop today to purchase a recommended product after a hospitalization. The staff is patient, knowledgeable and kind. The lady explained to me the various types of products I was looking for as I had no idea about sizes, materials and compression class. All very clear. I also got a 10% discount without even asking. Temperature measurement at the entrance, use of the hand sanitizer gel mandatory for everyone. In short, the only shop in the area that applies preventive measures. Not even in the three pharmacies where I have been between yesterday and today. I hope I never have to go back but if I need it I will definitely come back.

Siamo stati assistiti dal Signor Valerio il quale ci sempre accolto con cortesia, professionalità ed educazione. Complimenti per la disponibilità e simpatia riservata a mia mamma, è rimasta molto felice e soddisfatto del lavoro fatto. Il punto vendita offre una vasta varietà di prodotti, dalle scarpe ortopediche ai bastoni da passeggio. Very well-stocked sales point, trained, kind and helpful staff. Definitely to be recommended. My mother had to do a cast orthopedic insole. We were assisted by Mr. Valerio who always welcomed us with courtesy, professionalism and education. Congratulations for the availability and sympathy reserved for my mother, she was very happy and satisfied with the work done. The store offers a wide variety of products, from orthopedic shoes to walking sticks.

Peccato davvero peccato Unfortunately, due to my mistake, I expired a voucher for an August return, although I am a regular customer, nothing could be done to recover, I realized that the voucher had expired after 10 working days.
