Avendo mostrato un'immagine del prodotto di mio interesse tratta da internet con il relativo costo, il proprietario si è scusato dicendo che non poteva competere con i prezzi di Amazon. Peccato che il prezzo visualizzato era di una farmacia all'altro capo della città, e che non avevo il tempo di cercare lo stesso prodotto altrove.

Mi hanno risposto subito e sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili addirittura a una visita domiciliare a mio padre, impossibilitato a muoversi, per correggere e adattare il busto acquistato da loro il giorno prima. Un servizio ottimo e davvero professionale.
I contacted them for a specific product for my father, awaiting surgery. They replied immediately and were very courteous and even available for a home visit to my father, unable to move, to correct and adapt the bust purchased from them the day before. An excellent and truly professional service.

Probably I'm not welcome for making a call or maybe discriminate I'm not Italian? Who knows.
Well, I will definitely not go to the shop.
To response the false assumption made by the seller.
(No accusation, first of all why the hell you said I speak Chinese? You are trying to make assumption to cover your bad side. What a joke.
Secondly, every outgoing call from my phone has recorded.
I spoke quite decent English to the lady, bear in mind that I don't speak Chinese at all.
I'm working adult can spell and speak English.
This is Rome!
Without prejudice, your customer service is so sick. Thank you for your response! I would rather pay extra price in other shops with good customer service. I visited other shops in Rome and served by good and polite staff. Somehow, number of years of service in industry doesn't mean anything to me, a professional and polite customer service is crucial.
