★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato delle birkenstock e qualche giorno dopo sono tornata per cambiarle perché dopo averle usate solo 4 ore da seduta era saltata la borchia che era difettosa perché chiusa male, non hanno voluto cambiarle perché dicono che con la birkenstock non si può parlare e che chi lo dice che non l'ho rotta io? Ci hanno trattato con molta acidità e come se fossimo fastidiose. Non ci andrò mai più, 110€ neanche un pò di sconto e mi tratti così? Io sono dell'idea di comprare in negozi fisici per mantenere almeno un pò di umanità ma su internet le avrebbero cambiate sicuramente è forse sarebbero Stati più gentili. Addio.
I bought some birkenstocks and a few days later I came back to change them because after using them only 4 hours after sitting the stud was blown which was faulty because it closed badly, they did not want to change them because they say that with the birkenstock you can't talk and that who says I didn't break it? They treated us with a lot of acidity and like we were annoying. I will never go there again, 110 € not even a little discount and you treat me like that? I am of the idea of buying in physical stores to maintain at least some humanity but on the internet they would have certainly changed them and perhaps they would have been kinder. Goodbye.
