★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per festeggiare il mio compleanno con mia moglie siamo andati al "Beccofino" .Siamo stati piacevolmente accolti e dopo il controllo del green accompagnati al tavolo. Abbiamo iniziato con sformatino di parmigiano con contorno di cipolla, molto gradito da mia moglie, e con tagliere di salumi buoni, soprattutto il prosciutto, e torta fritta. Poi siamo passati alla tagliata con annessi contorni molto buoni. Consiglio di prendere la tagliata poco cotta in quanto essendo non molto alta con la cottura diventa un po' dura. Dulcis in fundo dessert, di cui non ricordo il nome, composto da cestino in pasta frolla al cacao, crema Chantilly e frutta buonissimo e supercalorico. Personale e gestore molto attenti e cordiali, Certamente ritorneremo per gustare altri piatti.
 To celebrate my birthday with my wife we went to "Beccofino". We were pleasantly welcomed and after checking the green accompanied to the table. We started with parmesan flan with onion garnish, much appreciated by my wife, and with a platter of good cured meats, especially ham, and fried cake. Then we moved on to the tagliata with very good side dishes. I recommend taking the lightly cooked tagliata as being not very high, it becomes a bit hard when cooked. Last but not least dessert, whose name I do not remember, consisting of a shortcrust pastry basket with cocoa, Chantilly cream and fruit, delicious and super-calorie. Very attentive and friendly staff and manager, We will certainly return to enjoy other dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima trattoria di Monticelli Terme. Le recensioni erano già molto buono, ed esserci stato è stata solo una conferma di quanto letto da chi mi ha preceduto. La posizione del locale è comoda ed ha un ottimo parcheggio, l'accoglienza è veloce e con il sorriso. Altrettanto per quanto riguarda il personale che serve, nel chiedere subito se volevamo l'acqua e portare i menu. La scelta del menu è molto buona, provato antipasti misti di salumi con torta fritta, e uno sformatino al parmigiano con confettura di cipolla rossa di tropea (uno spettacolo). Successivamente provato alcuni primi, tra cui i paccheri di gragnano con pomodori, peperoncino e guanciale e i tagliolini con pancetta, pecorino e pepe. In seguito siamo passati i dolci, buona la crostata con possibilità di fare un mix di dolci per assaggiare. Ho avuto il piacere di scambiare alcune battute con il proprietario, che è davvero molto simpatico e si presta allo scherzo. Il tutto ha confermato la qualità della trattoria, con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An overall pleasant experience! Must try it. The location is lovely. The Trattoria is surrounded by a huge park, very well kept, completely covered by a trimmed loan. Ideal setting if you have kids! You can sit at your table and keep an eye on your children. Food: typical Parmisan menu, with some freedom and personal interpretation of the cook. Quality is high. The tortelli, e.g, have a very thin pasta... Wine: there is reasonably good choice. Of course, they'll propose you Lambrusco! But you can push and have something different ;o) The rest, I let you discover. Waiters: very friendly, you feel at home. So why 4 stars only? Well... it's a trattoria. I wouldn't bring the woman I love for dinner. At least not the first time...
