The typical store where the customer seems to be a problem. No desire to be kind and interested. I will never come back. I found more assistance in online stores and much lower prices.

Mi hanno detto che non sanno cosa farci, sembrava che fosse il primo che avessero mai venduto. Nemmeno lo sforzo di informarsi se i ricambi sono acquistabili. Speso 150 euro, dopo sei mesi il carrello è inutilizzabile
I bought a walker and went back to ask to adjust the brakes and replace the rubber pads that wear out over time. They told me they don't know what to do with it, it looked like it was the first they ever sold. Not even the effort to inquire if spare parts are available for purchase. After spending 150 euros, the cart is unusable after six months
